Hi, I’m Roxie, a National Board Certified Health Coach with 29 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I’m passionate about helping people like you achieve your physical and mental health goals through personalized coaching, guidance, and support.

What I do

As a health coach, I help you make lasting behavioral changes regarding nutrition, exercise, stress management, weight management, disease and illness risk reduction and lifestyle management. I use evidence-based skills and strategies to help you overcome challenges, identify your strengths, and create a plan that works for you.

As a fitness professional, I design and deliver programs and classes that suit your specific goals, needs, and preferences. Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, improve your performance, or simply feel better in your daily activities, I can help you get there. I have experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from 7 to 87 years old.

I specialize in working with seniors - those who are 50 to 90 years old - who want to reclaim their vitality, get back into an active lifestyle and enjoy moving and living with less aches and pains. I know how to tailor workouts and exercises to your abilities and limitations, so you can feel safe, comfortable, and challenged at the same time.

I know what it’s like to struggle with health issues, low self-esteem, and lack of motivation. I’ve been there myself. I’ve also seen how powerful coaching can be in transforming lives for the better. That’s why I became a health coach - to share my knowledge, skills, and passion with others who need it.

I’m not here to judge you, tell you what to do, or give you a one-size-fits-all solution. I’m here to listen to you, understand you, and empower you to make positive changes that last. I’m here to celebrate your successes, support you through challenges, and hold you accountable to your goals.

I’m also here to have fun with you! I believe that health and fitness should be enjoyable, not stressful or boring. I like to make my coaching sessions and classes fun, engaging, and interactive. I use humor, stories, games, music, and creativity to keep things interesting and lively.
