Delicious Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Delicious Chocolate Avocado Pudding is a delicious nutrient packed dessert worth the indulgence! Gluten free, dairy free, and quick and easy to make. Avocado’s are a great healthy fat with immune boosting, anti-inflammatory and heart disease fighting properties. YEA!
3/4 cup avocado approximately 1 whole avocado
- tablespooncocoa powder – 100% cacao (I prefer dark chocolate)
1 tablespoon Agave syrup
Optional: Add raspberry or strawberry slices, blueberries or any other fruit not just as a garnish but to add more deliciousness and nutrients!! Chopped pistachios are also really tasty as a topping.
(Almond milk can be added for thinning and creamier texture)
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Chill before serving – 30 minutes.
- Stores in fridge for up to 2 days
