STEP #1Choose 1 *** Option from EXERCISE, ATTITUDE OR NUTRITION

*** 1 week of stretching  3 times per week = Three  20 min sessions

*** Walking & Stretching = Two  1 hour sessions

***Weight Lifting  & Flexibility = Two  1 hour sessions

*** Strength Training = Two  1 hour sessions

*** Pilates = Three 30 minute sessions

NUTRITION      Plan     Prepare   Provide

***Label Reading & Meal Planning = One   30 minute session &  One  1 hour session

***Meal Planning & Prep Planning = Two   1 hour sessions

MINDFUL PRACTICES

***Meditation    Guided instruction to get started, get comfortable,

prepare the body, eyes and mind  = Three – 20 minute sessions

Once you’ve taken these first steps, you can continue your health routine by

  • using accountability calls to keep you on track
  • continue by choosing a coaching plan
  • use our Facebook  Group for support and community to continue on your own.

  • *** COACHING SESSIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE TO KEEP YOU ON TRACK OR TO TAKE THAT FIRST NEXT STEP IN AN ADDITIONAL FRESH START CHANGE.
