Each level includes an assessment where together, you and Roxie, identify your goals and create the weekly action steps to follow to accomplish those goals.
Your personal program includes progress tracking and accountability steps to ensure you are staying on track.
Each level includes a minimum of one 15 minute Virtual Session per month to ensure proper form and full demonstration and explanation of new exercises. Feel confident knowing your program includes Roxie’s 28 years the vast experience and knowledge.
All plans include access to the complete and always up-to-date exercise video library.
