Welcome to this journey. For the last 26 years, I’ve been working with individuals and families promoting wellness. I have a strong desire to meet people where they are and educate them on simple, effective ways they can live healthier, happier lives.

I help you take charge of your health by learning how to avoid nutrition-related diseases, improve learning and behavior, control weight, increase energy levels, shop smarter, prepare healthy snacks/food and more! I offer workshops and lectures that are appropriate for corporations, schools, community groups, teachers, parent groups, churches, home schools, individuals, and 1-on-1 sessions - all that are easy on your schedule and budget and require no other purchases than what you are currently making.
